RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We work with high quality materials. When we process your orders, everything is double check to assure that everything is in perfect condition. All orders are treated with care and properly packed for delivery or shipping. For these reasons, we offered no changes or refunds, all sales are final.
Every order is processed once the payment has been completed. Keeping the merchandise in the cart does not guarantee the availability of the item (the item will not remain on hold). Once you complete your payment, the order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible between same day shipping to 48 hours after order completion.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed daily in the order they are received. We shipped as soon as possible between same day shipping to 48 hours after payment. Upon completion, your order will be in the trusted hands of the United States Post Office (USPS) for shipping and handling. We will provide the tracking number, so you know exactly where your order is. Crafty Lover's Supplies is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages by USPS.
